Custom Products
Many of our products are personalized.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- spelling
- grammar
- uploaded artwork
- personalization details
- design approvals
Please review all information before placing your order.
Customer Artwork
By uploading any artwork, logo, image, text, or design, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the submitted material, or
- You have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to use it.
You further represent that your submitted content does not violate:
- Copyright
- Trademark
- Trade dress
- Patent
- Publicity rights
- Privacy rights
- Any other intellectual property rights
Copyright & Trademark Responsibility
Guava City Co and Project Major Corp. cannot and do not verify ownership of customer-submitted artwork.
We are not responsible for determining whether uploaded content infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
By submitting artwork, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your submission.
- You assume all legal responsibility for any infringement.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless Guava City Co, Project Major Corp., its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers against any claims, damages, legal fees, judgments, or expenses arising from your submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights.
License to Fulfill Your Order
By submitting content, you grant Guava City Co and Project Major Corp. a limited, non-exclusive license to store, resize, crop, adjust, reproduce, and print that content solely to prepare, produce, process, and fulfill your order.
You confirm that you have any permission required from identifiable individuals appearing in submitted photographs or artwork.
Submitting content does not transfer ownership of that content to Guava City Co or Project Major Corp. We will not sell, license, or use customer-submitted content for unrelated advertising or commercial purposes without permission.
Colors
Actual printed colors may vary due to:
- monitor settings
- phone displays
- printer variation
- material differences
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Production Times
Production estimates are approximate.
Shipping carrier delays are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
